How much is the minimum purchase of cosmetics products to avail the free delivery?
We offer a free delivery service with a minimum purchase of Php 500, for areas within Northern Mindanao, and Php 1000, for areas outside Northern Mindanao, worth of cosmetic products such as whitening soap, gluta lotion, facial mask, foot mask, whitening capsule, white serum, white day cream, lip tint, body scrub, balm, collagen cream, acne solution, intimate cleansing, facial cleanser, peeling gel and other cosmetics product.
How much is your delivery fee inside Northern Mindanao?
We have free delivery within Northern Mindanao? if your purchase is above 500 pesos, if its below 500 pesos then your delivery fee is 100 pesos.
How much is your delivery fee outside Northern Mindanao?
We have free delivery ouside Northern Mindanao if your purchase exceeds 1,000 pesos if not then your delivery fee is 190 pesos.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery C.O.D.?
Unfortunately cash on delivery is not included in our mode of payment. However, we do have other payment methods that might be convenient for you. To know more, please refer to our payment Options page to help you through the process on how to use the other payment method options such as Paypal, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer and Money Transfer.
How long does it take to receive orders?
Queen Beauty shop cannot guarantee the arrival of the delivery at a specific time of the day - mostly when it's peak season. Please ensure that delivery information is accurate to avoid delay or non-delivery. However, we will try our best to deliver the same day delivery on regular working hours.
How do I know if my order is processed?
Once payment has been settled and confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email. Kindly provide accurate contact information of sender and recipient just in case we will be needing your details during the delivery process and dispatch. Every attempt is made to ensure timely delivery of flowers. However, during holiday peak-season, poor weather or traffic conditions, delays may occur.
